MANAGING ESTIMATOR – Civils - Dubai

This well known international contractor has a highly successful operation in the Gulf Region which is now poised to enter a phase of planned expansion.

In order to support this expansion, they are in the market for a Managing Estimator with experience of the international civils market gained on projects such as airport runways, road construction schemes including tunnelling works, railway projects as well as major oil and gas contracts.

The position will present a unique challenge to ambitious Senior Estimators who have hitherto gained extensive international experience, either working for an international contractor based in the UK or from an overseas base.

This unique opportunity is at team leader level and will carry management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be flexible, versatile and at the same time prepared to develop their own department which will be crucial to the long term expansion and success of the operations.

A full ex-patriot package will be offered which will include a tax free basic salary, quality western style accommodation including utilities, company car, medical cover and pension. In addition there will be an annual bonus based on the Group’s profitability.
