Senior Planner

Our client, a leading developer/contractor is in the market for a building planner to work specifically on the fit out of a series of new commercial buildings across the City. Projects are typically high rise offices that will house some of London’s most prestigious tenants.

They are looking for a professional individual, from either a contracting or construction management background. You will be responsible for creating a master programme from tender through to completion and will work closely with the commercial team, advising on procurement and the appointment of specialist trade contractors.

With a direct report to the Chief Planner for the shell and core construction, you will attend weekly progress meetings, advising on build, critical path analysis and contractor performance, reporting on any matters that may impede the schedule and progress.

Degree qualified in either Construction/Project Management or Civil Engineering you will be adept with the use of Asta Power Project software, Primavera P6 would also be advantageous, however not essential.
