SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Clients Rep) – High-rise Residential - Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is a country steeped in history and culture and set to become an elite tourist destination, which has lead to the investment in its leisure and tourism industries.

Our client requires a degree qualified project manager to oversee the construction of a number of projects, to include retail, hospitality and leisure developments in the countries capital city Baku.

Against this background of optimism and sustained growth, our Client, a well known development company operating throughout the region, urgently requires an ambitious building professional to join their highly successful management team.

The requirement is for a self-starter from a design, planning or project management background, with the ability to embrace the entire development process from financial and market evaluation through to dealing with the design teams, and ultimately controlling the construction process through to successful completion.

As an Ex Soviet State the environment produces unique challenges and working conditions requiring a flexible, yet determined approach.  This appointment is long term and may involve travel within the region.

This position can be either single or married basis, but will not be suitable for couples with children.
