Senior Site Manager / Package Manager – External Envelope

This important appointment is with one of the most prestigious building contractors operating throughout the UK.

Based on a £65M commercial and associated retail project in London you will become a key member of a multi-disciplined team. 

You will have a proven work history with either a Main Contracting or Specialist Contractor with demonstrable experience with both off pre & post construction. It is essential you have managed a major cladding package as well as a proven track record of working on large projects.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the design, QA and cost management teams.  Attending site meetings you will report back on progress, QA and health and safety in line with the company policy having kept a comprehensive site diary.
