Our Client is a leading International Construction Group operating in The Netherlands. Due to a busy order book and the recent award of a €150m industrial contract, they urgently require an experienced Deputy Construction Manager to become immediately involved in the effective management of a large and complex oil and gas project in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
 

The roles and responsibilities of the Construction Manager / Site Manager role will include:
 

• Complete management responsibility for sections between €10-€30M including structure & MEP.

• Ensuring project meets cost, quality, time & safety

• Close liaison with client, design team etc

• Commercial as well as operational management of project

• Good experience of full project responsibility for building projects

• Someone familiar or already worked within the European region
