- Job Summary
The marketing Executive is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the business marketing strategy both internally and externally, including communications and promotions, digital and social media positioning, company branding and support materials
Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:- Understand the wants and needs of current and potential clients to be able to target specific industries through effective marketing campaigns
- Analyse and report on the advertising and marketing activity of competitors
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of current and future marketing campaigns
Brand presence and development- Maintain a strong brand presence across digital and social media platforms ensuring quality of content
- Identify new marketing opportunities using social media
- Collaborate with senior management team on design and development of company website
- Maintain brand presence on company branded products, stationary, hoardings, business cards etc
- Integrate Marketing activity into Lodge
- Produce the Newsletter
- Manage the design, publication and promotion of materials liaising with business development teams and external photographers
- Develop a catalogue of images from site and projects
Internal Actions- Understand and manage marketing budgets
- Manage the day to day internal communications of company news, projects, qualification, accreditations, personal acknowledgements and new staff members
- Ensure all communication is delivered in line with deadlines
- Ensure employee profiles and signatures are consistent and accurate
- Advice and support managers on how marketing activity can add value to their projects
- Develop internal brochures and materials
- Bring marketing expertise to the sales, bid process and pre construction stages of projects

- Ownership of marketing function
- Driving brand presence on digital and social media platforms
- Communicating your marketing expertise

- Advanced verbal and written communication in order to represent the company to the highest level.
- Confident, knowledgeable and articulate personality to ensure engagement with clients and staff
- Organised and structured style
Requirements
Advanced or higher level Marketing qualification
Genuine interest in design and the built environment
