- Description
- This highly successful contractor has developed a first-class reputation for the provision of a broad range of contracting services to the building industry.
The demand for these services has increased dramatically and they now need to strengthen their commercial management team.
This has created a requirement for highly motivated Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting background, with sound knowledge of all aspects of pre and post contract financial management. Project values are between £1m and £10m.
Your must experience must demonstrate strong commercial skills and also be capable of working independently on projects. Also, a stable work history is a must.
Experience of social housing refurbishment / decent homes would be an added advantage.
