- Description
- A major contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team managing sites in and around the M25. The project is venturing into low carbon and ensuring homes are more sustainable. You will also have experience working for a local authority client on external refurbishment.
They are flexible to consider applications of varied levels of experience, whether you have a proven track record in a SQS role looking for a new role, or perhaps you have sound experience as a QS looking for your next challenge. Their strong pipeline of future works means the division is continuing to grow.
What you will deliver
- Managing a number of projects for a local authority client
- Working on social housing
- Carrying out regeneration external works including windows and doors, fabric works, high spec mechanical and electrical, roofing and PV
- Take ownership of all aspects of each project under your control from pre construction phase to completion
- Liaison with the client and contract administrator on both a formal and informal basis
- Direct involvement and influence with the client and design team working towards decarbonisation
