Our client is a highly successful International Contractor, specialising in the delivery of high end fit out and exterior stone packages. Due to continued success they now require the services of a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team in New York City.
The company’s portfolio of projects includes casinos, luxury hotels, high end residential and commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 4 years experience working with an interiors contractor, sub contractor or general contractor. You should be familiar with Standard Methods of Measurement.
A high level of responsibility will be given; therefore a conscientious and enthusiastic approach is essential.
The position carries an excellent basic salary and benefits package.
