- Description
- Our client, a regional division of a major construction group, are highly respected for their work and non-confrontational approach on contracts in both private and public sectors. They are currently enjoying a period of controlled expansion supported by a full order book.
To support this expansion, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the real potential of moving into a Managing Quantity Surveyors position after 6 – 12 month bedding in period.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience with a main contractor and have a proven track record of running projects up to £3million. Also, be a highly motivated and organised individual capable of accepting the responsibility for the daily management of contracts under their control and to be solely responsible for the financial success of these contracts.
You will also be an active member of the team and be able to contribute to the growth and development of the company.
A high level of responsibility will be given, and this is reflected in the package on offer, which includes a generous salary, car allowance, healthcare and pension.
