- Description
- A well-known international contractor cum developer with a strong order book is currently looking to appoint a Assistant Quantity Surveyorin their Central London office.
You will be responsible for defects management across multiple projects, identifying whether the snag is the company’s liability and managing all repair works. The ability to join a small team and make a substantial contribution to the success of the commercial and defects management process is of the utmost importance.
The ideal candidate will be qualified in quantity surveying or facilities management with experience working for a main contractor, sub-contractor, developer or consultant. Experience gained within the construction arena covering commercial, hotel, residential and industrial projects is an advantage.
