- Description
- Our Client is a highly regarded International Contractor. Following the award of a major project they are looking for an accomplished Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual function.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- In/out correspondences (responding to any contractual letters or notices received)
- Preparing and issuing claims Negotiating and agreeing any claims. Sub contractors contract agreements/LOA/LOI
- Reviewing and setting project budget
- Reviewing and agreeing Variations
- Reviewing and agreeing Interim payment certificates
- The project duration is 3-4 years
The successful candidate will:- Have experience working in a Commercial or Contracts Manager capacity in the Middle East.
- Have overseen the commercial function on major building projects from start to finish.
- Have the vast majority of their experience working with main contractors.
- Experience working on shopping malls is advantageous.
- MRICS accreditation is advantageous.
The position is offered on a single, married or family status basis. The salary/package on offer is entirely negotiable and dependant on experience.
