- Description
- A leading Main Contractor is currently looking for a Project Manager for a new build residential projects based in Dunstable.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who has proven success of taking a residential project from cradle to grave. Their projects are due but the company are happy to take someone now which will allow you to be involved with the planning and programming of works and have the site set up to your specification.
The scheme is a £25 million 183 unit rc frame scheme.
Their project typically are mixed use residential typically with R/C Frames with values upto £10m.
The ideal candidate MUST have;
· Experience working as a No.1 on a residential scheme from start to finish.
· SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
· Experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally a leading company.
It is desirable to have;
· HNC/Degree related to construction
· Experience working on schools projects
