- A well run and established contractor based in the Hertfordshire are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on recently secured contracts based in Central London.
Due to the nature of the business and the potential for growth they are ideally looking for a Site Manager not only capable of running a project but also who could progress up to Contracts Manager level. However, if you are a well established Site Manager who has a long established record with previous employers and not moved from job to job then you will also be given serious consideration.
The ideal Site Manager will be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail and have had experience of working on projects up to £2million in the commercial, industrial and educational in the interiors sector.
As mentioned previously a solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site.
