- Description
- We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a well established contractor.
The requirement is for someone who is able to run council offices refurbishment project with a value of £1 million.
The ideal candidate will be from a trade’s background and will have carried out this position for a minimum of 5 years in either a fit-out or refurbishment environment.
A solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site. Must have an up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
