A well-known Essex based main contractor, who also deliver spec housing are currently looking to add to the Design team. This company originally made its name within the industry for delivering social housing schemes, but in recent times have started producing housing for sale. Reporting into the Technical Production Manager you are highly likely to be office based, but will be required to visit site.

These roles will suit people looking for a new challenge, maybe someone who no longer wants to travel into London on a daily basis or prefers the office environment.

The ideal candidate MUST have;
·        Experience working for a Main Contractor or Developer on residential or social housing projects either as a Design Manager or Co-ordinator.
·         The ability to work on your own initiative.

It is desirable to have;
·        Construction related further education.

Candidates at different levels such as Technical/Design Coordinator or Senior Technical/Design Manager may also apply as I have a requirement for these levels on similar projects.
