- Description
- A developer is currently looking to recruit several a Quantity Surveyor to work on residential scheme in Faversham, Kent.
This company is looking to expand its commercial management team on this development. The scheme is a330 unit site with some existing listed buildings to be refurbished, over 6/7 years with approx. value £150m.
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with a proven track record, and must have demonstrable experience gained with either a developer or a main contractor. Experience of working on residential/mixed use projects, volume house building will be a distinct advantage.
A high level of responsibility will be given, and this will be reflected in the generous package on offer. This includes an excellent salary, car allowance and considerable additional benefits.
