- We are currently recruiting for a leading international construction business who typically deliver hospital projects and a requirement for a Project Director has arisen. This role will be based in the UK head office but may require some international travel to locations such as The Caribbean, Middle East and Africa. This is a chance to get involved with a forward thinking business that have become a worldwide brand and the go to company for major hospital projects.
The requirement for a Project Director demands an accomplished construction project management professional with a proven track record in delivering hospital projects.
Typical values of schemes will be between £50m and £300m.
You will need to be flexible, versatile and at the same time prepared to develop your own department. A strong hands on management style and commercial flair are important pre-requisites.
This is a senior role within the organisation and you will be reporting directly in to the Construction Director.
This appointment offers a unique career opportunity, and the successful candidate will be involved in the management and the future development of the company. There will also be some international travel involved.
Degree qualified is a must for this role.
