- Our Client is a very well established Contractor with an impressive track record within the Social Housing refurbishment market.
With a record current annual turnover and operating primarily within London and the Home Counties, they have identified the need for an Estimator to join their team and be responsible for tenders generally in the £1m - £10m range.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of estimating estate regeneration tenders and must have the ability to price work on their own initiative without relying solely on Subcontract quotes. Most importantly, the candidate will have the ability to “Win” tenders as opposed to merely pricing them.
The package on offer is negotiable dependant on the calibre of individual that our Client requires.
