- This established operation is highly successful in the delivery of £1m - £25m schemes within London and South East new build and Refurbishment residential markets.
A highly professional individual is sought with excellent presence combined with an all round appreciation of the South East building market, but with a flexible approach to tendering which will include competitive traditional bill of quantities, design and build as well as spec and drawings.
The candidate appointed will a have a proven track record in the successful awards in contracts up to £10 million.
