- Description
- One of the country’s leading Main Contractors are currently looking for a Site Manager for a student accommodation refurbishment project in Kingston. The project value is £15m.
As a Site Manager you will be reporting in to the site based Project Manager and have Assistant Site Managers reporting into you.
The successful candidate will already hold several years experience working for a main building or interiors contractor on projects and ideally worked on student accommodation refurbishment.
You must have;
Experience working as a Site Manager on a projects over £15m from start to finish.
Hold a valid First Aid certificate, CSCS and SMSTS card
Experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally a leading company.
