- One of the country’s leading Main Contractors are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a student accommodation refurbishment project in Kingston. The project value is £15m.
As an Assistant Site Manager you will be reporting in to the site based Project Manager and Site Manager.
The successful candidate will already hold several years experience working for a main building or interiors contractor on projects and ideally worked on student accommodation refurbishment.
The ideal candidate must have;
- Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on a projects over £10m from start to finish.
- Hold a valid First Aid certificate, CSCS and SMSTS card
- Experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally a leading company.
