- Description
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful small / medium sized contractor, who have recently picked up an education project in Bethnal Green.
The recent award is for a £2m refurbishment project and has created a need for a Site Manager to join their company.
A strong track record in the ability to execute contracts with, professionalism and motivation with all levels of support personnel is required.
A background in a new build and refurbishment within the commercial, healthcare and education sectors upto the £4m range is also an essential requirement, as well as a stable employment history.
You must have;
Hold a valid First Aid certificate, CSCS and SMSTS card
