- Description
- A high profile and respected contractor with a multi-million pound turnover are currently looking for a Project Manager.
They have secured a £7m design and build residential refurbishment contractor in Chelsea Embankment and are due to start on site in the coming months. The scheme will take place over three phases over 100 months.
The Project Manager will be the figure head for the project and must accept full accountability for delivery. Creating the correct corporate image, nurturing relationships, good communication at all levels and managing expectations will be as important as constructing the building.
They require a well presented and articulate individual who can demonstrate a solid career record of running projects in either commercial, education, residential or healthcare sectors within the £1m - £10m range.
