- Description
- An experienced and enthusiastic Contracts Manager or Project Manager is required to join a well established fit out and refurbishment company.
The ideal Contracts Manager will be able to show a commitment to the future success of the company and be willing to carry the unique culture and philosophy.
Role
You will have proven experience as a successful Project Manager with experience in interior fit-out and refurbishment. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k-£2m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end user clients and consultants.
As a Project Manager your experience will include the following:
- Most likely to have demonstrable experience within the fit-out and refurbishment industry, and some experience of new build would be an advantage
- London experience preferable
- Capable of looking after 2-4 projects at any one time
- Project size between £100k and £2m
Day to day duties include:
- Responsibility for production
- Programme
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Procurement
- Conversant with bills & contracts
- Preparation of EOT claims
- Contract correspondence
- To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc

Line reporting by surveyors for individual contracts
