- Our Client is a well-regarded International Construction Consultancy who are engaged in a variety of landmark projects throughout Asia and the Middle East. Due to continued success, they are looking to expand their team in Kuala Lumpur.
We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor who is contractually astute and interested in pursuing a career in claims. You will need strong communication skills, along with excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and contract administration skills. Your duties will include reviewing of records and time impact analyses to establish and report on validity of claim proposals, the development of claim narratives in coordination with site base teams and negotiation of claims with the employer teams.
Candidates must be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with experience working for a blue chip main contractor. Chartership is very desirable, but not a prerequisite.
