- A leading developer is looking for an Architectural Technician / technologist to join their team. You will have the chance to work alongside passionate and experienced professionals on a variety of residential projects.
Projects typically are multi-phased, mixed use schemes, using various build types such as RC Frame, Traditional and Timber Frame.

The ideal candidate MUST have;
· Experience working on larger residential schemes
· Able to develop detailed technical designs
· Strong Revit experience
· Prepare Revit Models
· 2 years post qualification as an Architectural Technician.
· Manage your own projects whilst working alongside a team of designers, and staff from all disciplines
· Experienced using Revit on live projects in a BIM environment
· An extensive portfolio of relevant Revit andTechnical project work
· Live within commutable distance of the office.
