- Description
- This is an important requirement for an experienced Senior Commercial / Contractual Consultant to join a leading International Construction Consultancy, based out of the Houston, Texas office.
The requirement is for a Senior Consultant who is commercially and contractually astute, with strong expert testimony experience.
Requirements:
- Suitably qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Must have held senior posts within organizations and been at the front line of construction projects.
- Hold particular expertise or specialism within the construction sector – oil, gas, infrastructure, building etc.
- Hold particular technical expertise – cost specialist, contract specialist etc.
- Be able to focus on key evidence and separate core issues from the general noise of contractual communication.
- Be able to develop entitlements quickly from the evidence on the ground.
- Be able to ‘tell the story’ supported by the evidence and grasp the bigger picture.
- In addition to the above you will need strong communication skills, along with excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and contract administration skills.
