Due to continued success, this highly reputed construction and manufacturing organisation requires a Contracts Manager to oversee their project sites across the South of England.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in carpentry / joinery and high-end timber frame extensions. Typical projects values between £10k – £300k
Day to day duties include:- Visiting project sites across the South of England (as such the location of successful candidate is flexible).
- Ultimate responsibility for delivery
- Programming
- Logistics
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Converse with head office, clients and fitters, survey site brickwork etc.
