Description
We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a well established contractor.
 
The requirement is for someone who is versatile and from a high calibre in being able to run a project of £500K in value. Starts 25th January 2021 and involves fire alarm works and external fabric repairs in occupied units so a lot of tenant liaison work. Duration of the scheme is 12 weeks.
 
The ideal candidate will be from a trade’s background and will have carried out this position for a minimum of 2 years in either a fit-out or refurbishment environment.
 
You will need:
 
A cscs card
A first aid certificate
A smsts certificate
Asbestos awareness certificate
 
If you are looking to work for a contractor with a friendly attitude in terms of dealing with sub-contractors and clients alike, this could be the position for you. This role also comes with the offer of a temp to perm basis
