- Description
- Our client operates within the new build and refurbishment sectors within the public and private sector. We are actively looking for a Site Manager to oversee a £3m external refurb project in Vauxhall, starting in March.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site and should possess experience running sites over £2m independently. A proven track record of completing projects on-time and within budget is required.
Experience Required:
- Experience delivering residential refurbishment projects including external fabric repairs such as brick/concrete repairs and timber care window refurbishment, roof replacements, etc.
- Experience of liaising with residents in a professional manner
- Good understanding of Schedule of rates
- Experience managing a direct labour force
- Fire Risk Assessment works such as fire compartmentation and fire stopping
Qualifications Required:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid at Work
