- Description
- Our client operates within the new build and refurbishment sectors within the public and private sector. We are actively looking for a Quantity Surveyor to cover their North London projects, based from their head office in Barnet.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the commercial management of multiple site to maximise cash flow and margins
- Pricing and management of variation accounts both upstream and downstream
- Resolving commercial issues
- Client Liaison
- Liaison and co-ordination with site delivery team to collage information on day to day remits.
- Providing site delivery team with commercial and contractual expertise
- Subcontractor management
- Change management and early warnings
- Contract administration (JCT and NEC)
- Cost Valuation Reconciliations and Cash flow forecast management / preparation
Experience Required:
- Qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience in Quantity Surveying
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of managing new build schemes
- Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects
- Experience of working on measured term contracts
- Material and Sub-contractor procurement and management
