- Description
- Our client a multi million pound contractor are currently looking for a Senior Estimator. The role will be reporting to the Estimating Director and be part of the Estimating team involved in the preparation of tenders for social housing refurbishment projects with values between £2 to £10 million.
Key accountable areas include:
· Evaluate tender enquiries.
· Implement action plans on target tenders.
· Produce commercially priced Bill of Quantities.
· Submission of tender and priced documents.
· Process tender and analysis.
· Build relationships with external sources.
This exciting position requires a person who has:
· Previous experience in a similar role.
· Adaptable and flexible approach.
· Experience in the decent homes sector is essential.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Professional and dedicated approach to work.
