- Description
This contractor is highly successful in the execution of projects in the £100k - £5m range within the fast track interior fit-out and refurbishment sector and has been operating in their market for over ten years.
They are currently looking for a Project Manager who is looking for a new challenge:
- Most likely to have demonstrable experience within the fit-out and refurbishment industry
- London experience preferable
- Excellent experience of cat a and cat b projects
Day to day Contracts Manager duties include:
- Responsibility for delivery
- Programme
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Procurement
- Contract correspondence
- To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc
Direct Reports:
Site Managers
Quantity Surveyors (Line reporting by surveyors for individual contracts)
