Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful small / medium sized contractor, who have recently picked up an education project in Dulwich.

The recent award is for a £2.5 m school refurbishment project and has created a need for a Site Manager to join their company.

A strong track record in the ability to execute contracts with, professionalism and motivation with all levels of support personnel is required.

A background in a new build and refurbishment within the commercial, healthcare and education sectors upto the £4m range is also an essential requirement, as well as a stable employment history.

Only Site Managers residing within daily travelling distance of Dulwich need apply.
