- This is a client side opportunity with a globally recognised and highly respected retail business.
Reporting to the Senior M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high quality delivery of all building services systems across the Capital Works Programme for over 1 million square foot of high end retail property including shops, restaurants and wellness centres.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an electrically biased engineer, with good understanding of all MEP systems.
- At least 2 years’ experience delivering retail projects from design through to completion.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and confident, with the determination to get the job done at all costs.
- Professionally qualified in construction with an engineering related degree and a solid understanding of the principles of good design.
- Able to work with, oversee and steer a design team responsible for project designs.
