Description
We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a well established contractor based on a temp to perm basis.
 
The requirement is for someone who is versatile and from a high calibre in being able to run an office a medical centre fit-out project of a newly constructed shell. Project value is £750K. Project starts mid July.
 
The ideal candidate will be from a trade’s background and will have carried out this position for a minimum of 5 years in either a fit-out or refurbishment environment.
 
Must have a valid:
 
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First aid certificate
 
If you are looking to work for a contractor with a friendly attitude in terms of dealing with sub-contractors and clients alike, this could be the position for you.
