- This Global Developer has gained an enviable reputation for the delivery of highly complex projects around the world. Due to continued success internationally they are looking appoint a Development Director to be based out of their Dubai office.
This is a key appointment and will carry senior management responsibilities. You will need to be flexible, versatile and at the same time prepared to develop your own department which will be crucial to the long tem expansion and success of the operations.
The Group have delivered prestigious projects in Europe, Middle East Africa and Asia covering High End Residential, Commercial, Hotels, and Retail projects.
The right candidate will have extensive knowledge in all development activities, experience managing a complex portfolio, you will also be looking at new opportunities and markets for the Group to explore.
Prior International experience is NOT a pre-requisite, however, it is an advantage. The ability and enthusiasm to quickly assimilate into a new environment and to make a significant contribution to the success of future projects is of utmost importance.
