- Description
- A well established development company are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their small expanding team.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will be fully responsible for all production on a new build high end residential project in Maryleborne with a construction value of £4m. You must have experience on a similar sized site experience within the high end new build residential market.
Key responsibilities shall include:-
- Managing sub contractors and suppliers in delivering a consistent service to time, safety, quality & cost
- Coordinate the full construction process, on site and post construction
- Ensure effective Health & Safety procedures throughout
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager
- Experience in managing new build housing developments
SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid
