- A well run and established contractor based in the Hertfordshire are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on recently secured contracts based across the Home Counties and London.
Due to the nature of the business and the potential for growth they are ideally looking for a Site Manager not only capable of running a project but also who could progress up to Contracts Manager level. However, if you are a well established Site Manager who has a long established record with previous employers and not moved from job to job then you will also be given serious consideration.
The ideal Site Manager will be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail and have had experience of working on projects up to £2million in the commercial, residential and educational sector environment.
As mentioned previously a solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site.
