- Our client an established and progressive main contractor are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for its London and South-East operations.
The Business Development Manager responsibilities will include:
To implement, in conjunction with other members of the Business Development Department, the Business Plan in relation to the main areas of business and annual targets.
To identify relevant target clients and implement the appropriate strategy for reaching them, including relationship marketing.
Hold meetings to discuss PQQ’s and tenders and to stay involved as it moves through PQQ process and bid
To report on negotiation and tender opportunities and produce monthly progress reports.
To deal directly on appropriate business opportunities.
To identify estate regeneration and similar opportunities and, where appropriate lead Project Teams during the submission stage.
Implement marketing activities to maintain the Group/Company’s profile.
Experience of relationship marketing.
