Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be working alongside the Project Manager on the client side of the project.
 
The role entails assisting with the organisation and co-ordination of key consultants, professionals and stakeholders of the project. This includes attending a significant number of meetings every day, ensuring these are always prepared in advance, well documented and followed up. This makes accurate minute taking skills and experience within a project or construction environment essential. The role will also include the use of Aconex to locate documents produced by various consultants for the project.
 
The ideal candidate requires high levels of confidence and resilience, quick comprehension, accuracy and good IT skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a super fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
 
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Attend meetings daily, taking minutes and distributing these to attendees
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to execute tasks that will assist in meeting deadlines and keep on top of the various consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
  • Manage the flow of information from external consultants and the project team to and from the client team
  • Co-ordination with the client team, consultants and design team
  • Assisting with ad-hoc admin tasks
 
Skills:
  • Previous project coordination experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Prior use of Aconex and some document control is desired
  • Experience with the Revit model is also desired
  • Diary management, creating agendas and taking minutes is essential
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
