- Description
- This is a Project Manager role with a leading cladding specialist which is part of a wider group. They are looking for a well experienced Project Manager to run a scheme for them with a major contractor on a residential project based in Canning Town.
The Role
- Working with the client’s managers to get issues resolved, sequencing of programme and dayworks signed off
- Checking drawings for issues and changes
- Checking the working areas are ready to start work
- Instructing the site staff and skilled workers on site
- Responsible for health and safety on site i.e carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, ensuring PPE is worn
- Logging events on site
- Emailing the clients to inform them of issues on site
- Paperwork including RFI’s, Handovers, check lists, inspections, etc
Project Manager Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager in the facades market
- Ability to work to programmes and deadlines alongside major main contractors
- Have great attention to detail
