- Description
- A very successful decent homes contractor are looking to recruit an Assistant QS to work on one of their major projects in Brixton.
They are looking for a good, responsible, conscientious Assistant QS with initiative. You will be responsible for pricing up schedules for decent homes external works, scaffolding, roofing, external render system and full mechanical and electrical replacement. You will have guidance from the Senior / Project QS who you will also be reporting to.
You must have between 2-3 years experience with a decent homes main contractor. Experience in valuing, notifications and payments is a plus.
