- Description
- Our client, an enviable developer / contractor operating throughout the MENA region, is currently looking for a Senior Commercial Manager.
To be considered, you must have experience in estimation, procurement and managing project cost control on major building projects. Additionally a highly client focused approach to all post contract commercial matters is essential, including the ability to meet all project requirements to reflect the company’s financial position in terms of budget and profit.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years experience working with top tier developers, main contractors or project management companies.
Middle Eastexperience is NOT a pre-requisite.
You will need excellent communication skills along with a strong drive and enthusiasm to quickly assimilate into a new environment and to make an important contribution to the commercial success of the project.
