- A well run and established contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a recently secured contract on a hospital project in Kensington.The ideal Mechanical Site Manager will be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail and have had experience of working on projects up to £5million in mechanical content value.The project is an air handling replacement scheme with a value of £4m.You will have demonstrable experience delivering mechanical schemes to successful completion. A solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site.A valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate is required for this role.This is a long term opportunity for someone and is being offered on a temporary / permanent or temp to perm basis.If you are looking to work for a contractor with a friendly attitude in terms of dealing with sub-contractors and clients alike, this could be the position for you.If you’re a Site Manager looking for your next move please e-mail Robert Ferrari your CV in strict confidence
