- Description
- A well run and established contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a recently secured contract in Fenchurch Street.
The ideal Site Manager will be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail and have had experience of working on projects up to £2million.
The project is the refurbishment of a shop basement and adding a new curtain walling shop front to the building with a value of £1m. The project is located in Fenchurch Street.
You will have demonstrable experience delivering a high quality product while delivering it to successful completion. Asolid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects of running a site. You will also be a driver of a project whilst keeping a close eye on detail.
A valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate is required for this role.
This is a long term opportunity for someone and is being offered on a permanent basis.
