Tier 1 International main contractor operating across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America. Responsible for successfully delivering iconic building and infrastructure projects across the World.
Position and Project:
Following the award of a major design and build project, we are actively looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager to become involved on a major hospital construction project in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Reporting to the Project Director you will lead the commercial, contracts and procurement team on the project.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma qualified in relevant discipline (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering etc.).
- Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors as a Commercial Manager on large design and build construction projects.
- Hospital construction experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience working in Europe or internationally would be an advantage, although this is not a pre-requisite.
