- Our client, is a well established and respected high end residential refurbishment contractor provide a first class, professional service to their clients are currently looking for a Materials Buyer to join their organisation.
This is a position created to due to a sideways move of the existing incumbent.
Role and responsibilities
- Direct report to the groups Commercial Director
- Material purchasing NOT Sub-contract
- Contracts from £2k to £10m
- Negotiation with suppliers.
- Obtaining quotations for materials to tight deadlines.
- Raising of orders ensuring relevant technical and commercial clauses are included
- Ideally used to purchasing of high end bespoke items
