- Description
- The company is progressive and forward looking – but above all highly successful in the cyclical maintenance service to Local Authorities, registered Social Landlords (RSLs), and Private Sector Commercial Property Groups.
They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects from appraisal and validation of subcontractor applications, including
cost valuation reporting, submission and negotiation of final accounts a thorough knowledge of current forms of contract.
The cyclical service Maintenance of all a buildings operating components and structures and includes:
Cyclical external and interior redecorating
Planned cyclical external regeneration works to maintain the fabric quality and
condition of properties i.e. roofing, concrete repairs, repair to brickwork, joinery etc
Upgrading and modernisation of kitchens, bathrooms, communal areas and entrances
Safety and security improvements to ensure emergencies can be contained and prevented
Planned Maintenance provides a complete service in all aspects of building maintenance
Ideally you will have experience in planned and cyclical maintenance / refurbishment projects.
